Lazarus new majority owner of Liedholms Maskinteknik

Lazarus has acquired the majority of shares in Helsingborg-based Liedholms Maskinteknik, a leader in advanced welding, pressure vessels, and machine construction.

Lazarus’ goal is to support Liedholms through a period of intensive transformation, focusing on regaining and increasing profitability. The acquisition also opens doors for new collaborations and expansion into new markets.
