BS Montasje is a Norwegian company based in Sarpsborg specialising in installation of signage, vinyl and advertising production. The transaction builds on the strong financial turnaround BrandFactory delivered in 2025, with an earnings improvement of SEKm 25.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The acquisition brings BrandFactory increased installation capacity and local production presence in Norway. In turn, BS Montasje&#8217;s customers gain access to BrandFactory&#8217;s broad expertise in signage, vinyl, decoration and visual communication \u2013 a combination that creates the conditions for a broader offering and faster deliveries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">\u2013 The acquisition of BS Montasje is an important step in our ambition to be the leading player in visual communication, signage, vinyl and vehicle branding in Norway.
