The Sign is a Stockholm-based company in vehicle branding handling design, production and installation. The transaction is a strategic step in BrandFactory&#8217;s ambition to control a greater share of the value chain within vehicle branding, building on the strong financial turnaround the company delivered in 2025, with an earnings improvement of SEK 26 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The acquisition brings BrandFactory increased installation capacity, deeper production expertise and faster lead times, as well as an established customer base within the segment. In turn, The Sign&#8217;s customers gain access to BrandFactory&#8217;s own production capabilities in vinyl decoration \u2013 a combination that creates the conditions for a broader offering and increased delivery capacity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The deal is focused on growth rather than cost synergies. The two companies share a common vision of expanding the business and gaining market share.
