JAI develop aluminium casting parts for leading industrial enterprises worldwide in the field of high-voltage, pump systems, robots, maritime engines and drive systems as well as the automotive industry (primarily trucks, motorbikes and e-mobility).<\/p>\n<p>During the past years, JAI has experienced headwinds due to COVID and inflation which has led the company to be financially over-leveraged. In spite of this, the company, thanks to its management, has maintained solid client relationships and performed well in a very challenging market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom a Lazarus standpoint, we love what we see at JAI (client base, team and company positioning), we love what they\u2019ve done (strategic focus) and we love the potential of the company (growth of aluminium gravity die casting parts in JAI\u2019s existing customer base as well as among adjacent industries).
