At the time, the restructuring was Sweden’s largest ever, involving 16 companies undergoing parallel corporate reorganizations in several district courts simultaneously. <\/p>\n

As part of the necessary overhaul of Stampen, formal corporate restructurings were carried out for many of the group\u2019s companies. <\/p>\n

When the processes concluded in 2016\/17, we realized that our team had gained unique practical experience in successfully navigating even the most challenging situations. We struggled to find other teams in Sweden with similar hands-on experience, which became the starting point for Lazarus. For a few years, we worked on practical advisory and interim assignments focused specifically on complex turnaround situations. Then, in 2019, we made our first acquisitions of companies in distress. <\/p>\n

Since then, Lazarus has completed 11 acquisitions. Three of our investments have been successfully divested, and the current portfolio of eight companies continues to develop in the right direction. Denna process hemligh\u00f6lls under en period, och fick d\u00e5 kodnamnet \u201dProjekt Lazarus\u201d. Projektnamnet \u00e5terspeglade ambitionen med den komplicerade r\u00e4ddnings\u00f6vningen, som hade som m\u00e5l att p\u00e5 ett resolut s\u00e4tt \u00e5teruppv\u00e4cka Stampenkoncernen. Rekonstruktionen var det vid tiden Sveriges genom tiderna st\u00f6rsta med 16 bolag i parallella f\u00f6retagsrekonstruktioner samtidigt i flera tingsr\u00e4tter.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Som en del i den n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga omst\u00f6pningen av Stampen genomf\u00f6rdes formella f\u00f6retagsrekonstruktioner av ett stort antal av Stampenkoncernens bolag.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

N\u00e4r processerna avslutades under 2016\/17, ins\u00e5g vi att v\u00e5rt team hade en unik praktisk erfarenhet i att framg\u00e5ngsrikt reda ut \u00e4ven extremt utmanande situationer. Vi hade sv\u00e5rt att hitta andra team i Sverige med liknande praktiska erfarenheter, och detta blev startskottet till Lazarus. Under ett par \u00e5r arbetade vi med praktisk r\u00e5dgivning och interimsuppdrag inriktade just p\u00e5 komplexa turnaroundsituationer, innan vi 2019 gjorde v\u00e5ra f\u00f6rsta egna f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv av bolag i utsatta l\u00e4gen. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

Lazarus har sedan dess genomf\u00f6rt 11 f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv.
