Lazarus portfolio company BrandFactory continues its Nordic expansion through the acquisition of Norwegian company BS Montasje AS.
BrandFactory has acquired BS Montasje AS. BS Montasje is a Norwegian company based in Sarpsborg specialising in installation of signage, vinyl and advertising production. The transaction builds on the strong financial turnaround BrandFactory delivered in 2025, with an earnings improvement of SEKm 25.
The acquisition brings BrandFactory increased installation capacity and local production presence in Norway. In turn, BS Montasje’s customers gain access to BrandFactory’s broad expertise in signage, vinyl, decoration and visual communication – a combination that creates the conditions for a broader offering and faster deliveries.
